It controls tissue and cell membrane damage caused due to UV rays by scavenging oxygen free radicals and lipid radicals. Thereby, it also aids in prevention of photo-aging of skin and wrinkles.

In dry conditions, skin generally loses its moisture and becomes dry. Vitamin E is a rich source which hydrates the skin and soothes it also relieves skin form rashes. Scars left behind after burns are healed and removed by applying this oil.
