WORK MECHANISM->

UV Doux Sunscreen is a silicone based sunscreen containing a combination of ingredients that provide high sun protection over a wide spectrum (280-400nm), which covers UVA and UVB.  Bemotrizinol in UV Doux Sunscreen is an oil soluble organic compound that acts as a chemical UV blocker and absorbs UV rays, covering the entire range of UVA, and also provides some protection against UVB.  It is also photostable (not degraded by sunlight) and is also not significantly absorbed into the skin.  Zinc oxide and titanium dioxide in UV Doux Sunscreen are physical UV blockers that remain on the surface of the skin acting as mineral filters reflecting the UV rays, thereby, proving a barrier layer of protection against harmful UV rays.  Zinc oxide has the broadest UV protection spectrum and titanium dioxide protects against UVB and the shorter UVA wavelengths, so that between them there is a protective barrier against the full range.  UV Doux Sunscreen has a silicone elastomer gel base that provides a light, smooth, silky, non-greasy feel on the skin, is easy to spread, non-sticky and absorbs rapidly into the skin.  It also absorbs sebum, the oily secretion of the sebaceous gland of the skin, reducing the risk of clogging pores, which can cause acne.  When spread over the skin the silicone elastomer gel base forms a protective film, which offers high water and sweat resistance.  UV Doux Sunscreen is hypoallergenic, with low risk for inducing skin allergy or irritation, while providing high sun protection (SP50).

USAGE->

• Apply evenly on the skin which is more exposed to sunrays 15 minutes prior to sun exposure
• Apply for every two hours if need to stay for more hours under sun
