Here’s How You Can Make This Juice To Detox Your Body:
Ingredients Required:
Carrots – 3 medium-sized
Fresh Turmeric – 2-3 cms
Orange – 2 medium-sized
Ginger – 1 cm
Method:
To begin with, peel the skin of turmeric and ginger root and roughly chop the two roots.
Next, wash and peel the carrots and add them to a blender along with orange slices, turmeric and ginger bits.
Blend well till a smooth juice-like consistency is attained. You can strain the pulp using a strainer but you may have the juice along with the pulp as well to reap the benefits out of its fibre content.
Note: To add a little tang, you can add in lemon juice while blending the ingredients together.
