Acnil Soap (Salicylic Acid) is pharmaceytical active ingredient for topical use. Inhibits the secretion of the sebaceous and sweat glands. At low concentrations it has keratoplastic and in high doses keratolytic effect. Acnil Soap (Salicylic Acid) has a weak antimicrobial activity.
