Renograf syringe needle set contains a 1000mL bag with a 3.57 percent glucose anhydrous solution, a 50mL vial with a 20mL electrolyte component and a 20mL syringe with an injection needle added. Glucose anhydrous is used to help remove old toxins while electrolytes are added to assist in restoring the natural liquid stores in the organs. This is used to help with flushing out the kidneys, liver and pancreas among other organs to make it easier for transplants to be managed the right way. The solution can be used to preserve the kidneys for up to 48 hours at a time.
